Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Air Fryer Blackened Fish Tacos Delight.
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, olive oil, lime juice, and salt. Stir gently until the beans and corn are well coated, then set aside.
Step 3
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Lightly spray each fillet with cooking spray and sprinkle half of the blackened seasoning on top. Flip the fillets, spray again, and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning.
Step 4
Place the seasoned fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2 minutes until cooked through. Transfer the fish to a plate.
Step 5
Add the bean and corn mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Step 6
To assemble the tacos, place the cooked fish into the corn tortillas and top with the bean and corn mixture. Serve with lime wedges and a drizzle of hot sauce if desired.
