Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the ground cumin, smoked paprika, ancho chile powder, garlic powder, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Slice the chicken tenderloins lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips and set aside.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the sliced green bell pepper and onion. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the vegetables. Toss until they are evenly coated, then place them in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Step 5
In another bowl, combine the chicken strips with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the rest of the seasoning mixture and toss to coat the chicken evenly. Place the chicken strips on top of the vegetables in the air fryer basket.
Step 6
Air fry everything for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Step 7
Once done, squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken and vegetables. Serve the mixture in warm flour tortillas.
