Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Apple Cider Crumble.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a 9x13-inch glass baking dish, arrange the sliced apples. Pour the apple cider and lemon juice over the apples, mixing gently to combine.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the white sugar, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and 1/2 cup of flour. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the apples, then place the unwrapped caramel squares on top.
Step 4
In another large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, oats, 1/2 cup of flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice for the topping. Cut in the butter cubes using two knives or a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle this topping over the apples in the baking dish.
Step 5
Bake the crisp in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
