Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Apple Cider Cupcakes Delight.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Step 2
In a stand mixer, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and white sugar until well mixed. Add the eggs and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
Step 3
Gradually add the all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to the mixture, mixing until just combined.
Step 4
Pour in the apple cider and vanilla extract, then beat the mixture on high speed for 2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the tops spring back when lightly pressed. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely, about 20 minutes more.
Step 7
While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the frosting by beating together cream cheese and softened butter in a stand mixer until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until the frosting is creamy and smooth.
Step 8
Once the cupcakes are completely cool, generously top each with the cream cheese frosting.
