Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Banana Berry Protein Popsicles.
Step 1
In an electric blender, combine the sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, frozen blueberries, quartered strawberries, vanilla protein powder, and enough almond milk to reach your desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the blended mixture into 12 cups, filling them about 75% full.
Step 3
Cut 12 squares of aluminum foil and place them securely over the tops of the cups. Insert a wooden craft stick through the center of each foil square.
Step 4
Arrange the cups on a plate and place them in the freezer.
Step 5
Freeze for at least 8 hours until solid.
Step 6
Once frozen, remove the cups from the freezer, peel away the foil, and gently remove the pops from the cups. Enjoy your refreshing protein pops!
