Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make BBQ Bacon Meatball Sliders.
Step 1
Attach the meat grinder attachment to your electric stand mixer. Grind enough bacon to yield 8 ounces of ground bacon.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground bacon, ground beef, panko bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce, and steak sauce. Mix until well combined, then shape the mixture into 2-inch round meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 4
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), approximately 25 minutes.
Step 5
Once the meatballs are cooked, place a slice of pepper Jack cheese on top of each meatball. If desired, toast the slider buns.
Step 6
Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each bun. Top with a slice of cooked bacon, slivered onion, the remaining barbeque sauce, and strips of roasted red pepper.
