Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set this mixture aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the sugar and softened butter together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice. Stir in the Greek yogurt until well combined.

Gradually add half of the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Then, add the remaining flour mixture and stir gently, being careful not to overmix. Fold in the sliced basil.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, toss the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour to coat them. Gently fold the blueberries into the muffin batter.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
