Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon sugar, and salt until well combined.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Then, incorporate the pumpkin puree until fully combined.
