Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, undrained diced tomatoes, and thawed corn. Set this mixture aside.

In an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish, sprinkle one-third of the tortilla strips evenly over the bottom.
Step 4
Layer half of the Grilled & Ready® Fajita Chicken Strips over the tortilla strips, then spoon half of the soup mixture on top.

Repeat the layers: add another third of the tortilla strips, the remaining chicken strips, and the rest of the soup mixture. Finish with a final layer of tortilla strips on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly.

Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded Mexican cheese blend over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
