Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Cheesy Roast Beef Sliders.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
Slice the slider buns in half vertically, keeping the tops attached. Remove the top layer and set it aside. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
Layer the deli roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the buns, followed by the provolone cheese.
Step 4
In a small skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes. Spread this sautéed mixture over the cheese and beef layers.
Step 5
Replace the tops of the slider buns back onto the assembled sliders.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, adobo seasoning, and Italian seasoning. Brush this seasoned butter generously over the tops of the buns, allowing any excess to drip down the sides.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown. Once baked, use a serrated knife to separate each slider. Serve hot and enjoy!
