Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray both sides of each corn tortilla with cooking spray and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until they are crisp and lightly browned.

While the tortillas are baking, prepare the topping by combining the chopped tomato, sliced green onions, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Set this mixture aside.
