Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, white sugar, brown sugar, instant vanilla pudding mix, baking powder, and salt.
