Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) and grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until well combined.
