Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the white sugar, eggs, melted butter, brewed coffee, brown sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the sifted all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
