Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Creamy Salmon Pasta Salad with Dill.
Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the cavatappi pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water. Drain again and set aside to cool.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, dill weed, white wine vinegar, sugar, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and lemon zest until smooth and well combined.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta and chopped celery. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly. Carefully fold in the flaked salmon.
Step 4
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
