Step 1
Remove the membrane from each chicken tenderloin.
Step 2
Soak the chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for 1 to 2 hours to tenderize and flavor the meat.

Preheat your air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In a mixing bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, all-purpose flour, adobo seasoning, and Mexican seasoning. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of spices.

After soaking, drain the buttermilk from the chicken. Press each tenderloin into the panko mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
