Start by heating the peanut oil in a wok until it reaches a sizzling 375Β°F (190Β°C). This is the perfect temperature for frying, ensuring your shrimp will be crispy and golden.

While the oil is heating, take your shrimp and toss them in 1/4 cup of cornstarch. This coating will give them that delightful crunch when fried.
