Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Curry Tuna Rice Casserole.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of celery soup, non-fat milk, curry powder, and mustard powder. Stir until well blended.
Step 3
Add the cooked rice, drained tuna, and chopped onion to the soup mixture. Mix until everything is evenly coated, then transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, melted butter, and dried parsley. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the tuna and rice mixture in the casserole dish.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the bread crumb topping is golden brown. Remove from the oven, arrange the sliced hard-boiled eggs on top, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 6
Allow the casserole to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
