Step 1
Start by preheating your oven to a cozy 375°F (190°C). Grab a dark-colored metal cupcake pan and grease six of its cups to ensure your cakes come out easily.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, and butter. Pop it in the microwave on low power for about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Once melted, stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
