Step 1
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven warms up, take a moment to grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan to ensure your bread slides out easily once baked. Now, in a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and shortening. Beat them together until they’re well blended and creamy. Gradually add in the white sugar, continuing to beat the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy. Next, crack in one egg and mix it thoroughly into the peanut butter blend before adding the second egg and repeating the process. Once both eggs are fully incorporated, stir in the mashed bananas, letting their sweetness shine through.
