Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly spray the bottoms of three 12-cup muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set the streusel topping aside in the refrigerator until needed.
