Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Deviled Eggs with Spicy Mustard.
Step 1
Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover them with water, ensuring the water is about 1 inch above the eggs.
Step 2
Cover the saucepan and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
After 15 minutes, drain the hot water and cool the eggs under cold running water until they are cold to the touch.
Step 4
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork.
Step 5
Add the mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, hot mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until well combined.
Step 6
Transfer the yolk mixture into a quart-size resealable plastic bag and snip off one corner of the bag.
Step 7
Squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg white halves, sprinkle with paprika, and top each egg with a half of a pimento-stuffed olive.
