Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Fluffy Homemade Dinner Rolls.
Step 1
Start by greasing a 9x13-inch baking dish to prepare for your rolls. This will ensure they don’t stick and come out perfectly golden.
Step 2
In the pan of your bread machine, add the bread flour, warm water, white sugar, large egg, softened butter, active dry yeast, and salt. Make sure to follow the order recommended by your machine for the best results. Select the Dough cycle and press Start. Once the cycle is complete, gently remove the dough and give it a light press to deflate it.
Step 3
Now, it’s time to shape your rolls! Divide the dough into 15 equal pieces and roll them into smooth balls. Place these delightful little rolls into your prepared baking dish. Brush the tops with melted butter for that irresistible shine and flavor, then cover the dish loosely with plastic wrap. Let them rise until they double in size, which should take about 30 minutes.
Step 4
While your rolls are rising, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This will ensure your rolls bake evenly and come out perfectly fluffy.
Step 5
Once the rolls have risen beautifully, pop them into the preheated oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are a lovely golden brown. The aroma will be heavenly!
Step 6
When they’re done, take them out and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these soft, buttery rolls warm, and watch them disappear!
