Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth. Then, stir in the buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
