Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Grilled Kielbasa with Sauerkraut Filling.
Step 1
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
Step 2
Place the kielbasa ring on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on one side. Once done, transfer it to a cutting board with the grilled side facing up.
Step 3
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a slit down the length of the kielbasa, making sure to leave about an inch on both ends to create a pocket for the filling. Be cautious not to cut all the way through.
Step 4
Stuff the drained sauerkraut into the pocket you created in the kielbasa.
Step 5
Return the kielbasa to the grill, placing it stuffed side up. Grill for an additional 4 minutes until heated through.
Step 6
Remove from the grill, slice into serving portions, and enjoy!
