Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Grilled Shrimp Fajita Skewers.
Step 1
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the sliced red and green bell peppers, onion, and jalapeno. Add 2 teaspoons of the fajita seasoning and the olive oil, then stir until everything is evenly coated.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, place the shrimp and add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of fajita seasoning along with the lime juice. Gently mix to ensure the shrimp are well seasoned.
Step 4
Transfer the vegetable mixture to a grill basket and grill for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
After 10 minutes, add the seasoned shrimp to the grill basket and continue grilling for an additional 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and opaque.
Step 6
While the shrimp and vegetables are grilling, place the tortillas on the grill and toast them for about 2 minutes on each side until warm and slightly charred.
Step 7
Once everything is cooked, divide the shrimp and vegetable filling among the toasted tortillas, fold them, and serve immediately.
