Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Instant Pot Cauliflower Rice Dish.
Step 1
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place a trivet inside.
Step 2
Set a steamer basket on top of the trivet and add the cauliflower florets.
Step 3
Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot. Select the high-pressure setting and set the timer for 1 minute.
Step 4
Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build up.
Step 5
Once the timer goes off, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method, which should take about 2 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
Step 7
Using a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it resembles rice-sized pieces.
Step 8
Place the riced cauliflower in a colander and press to remove any excess water.
Step 9
Scoop individual servings of the cauliflower rice into freezer-safe zip-top bags and freeze for later use.
