Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Instant Pot Old Bay Corn on the Cob.
Step 1
Pour 1 cup of water into the inner pot of your Instant Pot® and add 1 teaspoon of seafood seasoning. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Place a steamer rack trivet in the bottom of the pot.
Step 3
Arrange the corn on top of the trivet, overlapping or stacking as necessary. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the corn.
Step 4
Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Select the high-pressure setting according to the manufacturer's instructions and set the timer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Allow the pressure to build, which will take about 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
Once the cooking time is complete, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method as per the manufacturer's instructions, which should take about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Unlock and remove the lid, drain any excess water, and serve the corn hot.
