- 1 head, cut into big chunks
- 1 cup

Step 1
Place the cauliflower chunks on a trivet inside the Instant Pot.

Pour the chicken broth over the cauliflower.
Step 3
Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot.

Select the high-pressure setting and set the timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build up.

Once the timer goes off, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method, which should take about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.

While the pressure is releasing, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, softened butter, and ranch dressing mix in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
