Step 1
Pour 1/2 cup of orange juice into each ice pop mold and freeze until the juice is mostly set, about 2 hours.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and rolled oats until well mixed.
Step 3
Once the orange juice layer is set, pour the ice cream and oat mixture on top of the frozen juice layer.
Step 4
Gently push diced mango pieces into the ice cream layer.
Step 5
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze until solid, approximately 5 hours.
