Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Nutella Mini Cookie Cups.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease 12 mini muffin cups.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set this mixture aside.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step 5
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined to form a dough.
Step 6
Roll the dough into 1 1/2-inch balls and press each ball into the prepared mini muffin cups, creating a small well in the center.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them sit for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Using a spoon, create a well in the center of each cookie cup and fill it with 1 tablespoon of chocolate-hazelnut spread. Allow the cookie cups to cool for 15 to 20 minutes before removing them from the muffin cups.
