Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and liquid smoke, cooking until the pasta is tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced bratwurst, 2 tablespoons of green onions, and garlic. Cook until the bratwurst is browned and crispy, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the yellow and orange bell peppers, celery, parsley, spicy mustard, mayonnaise, water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
