Step 1
Start by whisking together the soy sauce, white sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and well combined. This will be the flavorful marinade for your turkey. Once mixed, add the finely diced cooked turkey to the bowl, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb all those delicious flavors.
Step 2
