Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
Step 2
In a large skillet, crumble the pork sausage patties and cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess grease and transfer the cooked sausage to a plate. Clean the skillet.
Step 3
Place the flour tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half of the shredded asadero cheese over the tortilla, then spread the salsa on top. Add the crumbled sausage and finish with the remaining cheese.
Step 4
Carefully crack the egg into the center of the pizza. Cook for about 12 minutes, or until the egg is set to your liking.
Step 5
Once cooked, remove the pizza from the skillet and top with avocado slices, chopped cilantro, crema con sal, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
