Step 1
In a blender, combine most of the cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate the sauce until ready to use.

Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Season the tilapia fillets with onion powder, herbes de Provence, pepper, chives, and salt. Grill the fish for 4 to 6 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Wrap each tortilla in damp paper towels and heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.

Shred the grilled tilapia and place it down the center of each tortilla. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fish and top with shredded cabbage and red onion. Drizzle the cilantro sauce over the tacos and sprinkle with queso fresco. Garnish with the reserved cilantro.
