Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until it is evenly browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, drain the bacon on paper towels to remove excess grease.

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread.
Step 3
On two slices of bread, layer the roasted chicken, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon in that order.
Step 4
Top with the remaining two slices of bread, mayonnaise side down, to form sandwiches.

Preheat a panini press over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

Place the assembled sandwiches in the panini press and cook until heated through and the cheese begins to melt, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
