Step 1
Start by preheating your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grab a 9-cup fluted tube pan and give it a good spray with cooking spray that contains flour. To ensure every groove is coated, use a pastry brush to spread the spray evenly. After that, give it one more light coating and invert the pan to let any excess spray drip out.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange cake mix, instant lemon pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, margarita mix, lime juice, tequila, and triple sec. Beat everything together until it's well blended and smooth. Then, gently fold in the zest of one lime to add that extra zing! Pour the batter into your prepared tube pan, making sure to fill the grooves properly. Give the pan a gentle tap on the counter to release any air bubbles.
