Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Zucchini Noodles with Basil and Ginger Lime Sauce.
Step 1
Begin by cutting the zucchini in half to make it easier to spiralize. Use a vegetable spiralizer to create noodles from each half of the zucchini.
Step 2
Transfer the zucchini noodles to a glass bowl and sprinkle with salt. Toss the noodles gently with your hands to ensure even distribution of the salt. Allow them to rest for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture, then rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini noodles, basil leaves, and sliced ginger to the skillet.
Step 4
Cook the mixture, tossing occasionally, until the zucchini noodles are tender but still firm, about 5 minutes. Avoid stirring too much to keep the noodles intact.
Step 5
Remove from heat and drizzle the lime juice over the noodles. Toss gently to coat everything evenly. Serve hot and enjoy!
