Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Big Mac® Style Burritos.
Step 1
To start, grab a small bowl and combine mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper.
Step 2
Mix everything together until it’s nice and smooth, then set it aside to let those flavors mingle.
Step 3
Next, take your dill pickle slices and cut each one into quarters, giving you a total of 48 delightful pieces.
Step 4
Set those aside too; they’ll add a nice crunch later.
Step 5
Now, let’s get cooking! Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
Step 6
As it cooks, break it apart with a spoon and stir it frequently until it’s beautifully browned, which should take about 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 7
If you like, drain any excess grease to keep things light.
Step 8
Once the beef is browned, toss in the diced onion and let it cook for another 2 minutes until it softens.
Step 9
Then, stir in the Worcestershire sauce along with the remaining salt and black pepper, and take the skillet off the heat.
Step 10
Now, it’s time to assemble your burritos! On a clean surface, lay out a tortilla and sprinkle about half a cup of shredded Cheddar cheese right in the center.
Step 11
Next, add around half a cup of that savory beef mixture, followed by 8 pieces of pickle, and drizzle on about a teaspoon of your special sauce.
Step 12
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to create a burrito.
Step 13
Place each burrito seam-side down on a plate while you prepare the rest.
Step 14
For a little extra flavor and crunch, lightly spray each burrito with avocado oil cooking spray and sprinkle on some sesame seeds if you like.
Step 15
Now, carefully place the burritos seam-side down in your air fryer basket.
Step 16
Air-fry them at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown and are perfectly toasted.
Step 17
When they’re ready, serve your delicious burritos with the remaining sauce and a generous handful of shredded romaine lettuce for that fresh crunch.
Step 18
Enjoy every bite of this tasty creation!.
