Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Boozy Watermelon Kiwi Pops.
Step 1
In a shallow 9x13-inch dish, combine the tequila, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and lime juice. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Add the diced watermelon to the mixture and stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even flavor distribution.
Step 3
After chilling, remove the watermelon mixture from the refrigerator and transfer it to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and pureed.
Step 4
Pour the pureed mixture into ice pop molds, filling them about three-quarters full. Drop a slice of kiwi into each mold for added flavor and decoration.
Step 5
Insert sticks into the molds and freeze until solid, about 3 hours or overnight.
