Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Cherry Peanut Butter Bing Bars.
Step 1
In a pot, combine the white sugar, evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup of butter. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over high heat, then remove from heat.
Step 2
Add the marshmallows, cherry baking chips, and vanilla extract to the pot. Stir until everything is fully incorporated and set aside to cool.
Step 3
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips. Once melted, stir in the peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of butter until the mixture is smooth.
Step 4
Fold in the crushed peanuts until they are fully coated with the chocolate mixture.
Step 5
Grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter. Pour half of the chocolate-peanut mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly to cover the bottom.
Step 6
Pour the cherry filling mixture over the chocolate layer, spreading it out evenly.
Step 7
Top with the remaining chocolate-peanut mixture, spreading it to cover the cherry layer completely.
Step 8
Allow the bars to cool completely for about 30 minutes before cutting them into squares.
