Step 1
Start by pouring the water and milk into the pan of your bread machine. Add the vanilla extract, dark brown sugar, and white sugar, followed by the ground cardamom and ground coriander. Drizzle in the vegetable oil and sprinkle the salt on top. This combination of ingredients will create a wonderfully aromatic base for your bread.
