Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Grilled Steak and Shrimp Fajitas.
Step 1
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
Step 2
Place the skirt steak on the hot grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
While the steak is resting, skewer the shrimp and grill them for 1 minute on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the grill.
Step 4
Slice the onion into 1/2-inch thick rings, keeping the layers intact. Add the onion rings and quartered bell peppers to the grill, allowing them to char slightly for about 2 minutes on each side. Once charred, remove them from the grill and roughly chop.
Step 5
Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and place them on the grill to warm for about 3 minutes.
Step 6
After the steak has rested, slice it into strips. Remove the shrimp from the skewers.
Step 7
Assemble your fajitas by placing the sliced steak, grilled shrimp, chopped onions, and bell peppers onto the warm tortillas. Serve immediately and enjoy!
