Step 1
In your Instant Pot, combine the water, ramen noodles (along with the seasoning packets), chopped asparagus, cooked chicken, frozen peas, finely chopped carrots, sliced mushrooms, sesame oil, and chile-garlic sauce.
Step 2
Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot. Select the high-pressure setting and set the timer for 0 minutes. Allow the pressure to build, which will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Once the timer goes off, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method as per the manufacturer's instructions, which should take about 3 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
Step 4
Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
