Step 1
In a multi-functional pressure cooker, combine 5 cups of water, 1 bottle of cake-flavored vodka, 1 1/2 pounds of fresh pineapple spears, and 2 cups of white sugar.

Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker. Select the high-pressure setting according to the manufacturer's instructions and set the timer for 30 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build up.
Step 3
Once the cooking time is complete, release the pressure using the natural-release method as per the manufacturer's instructions, which will take about 40 minutes.
