Cooking Instructions
Follow our step-by-step guide on how to make Dill Shrimp Deviled Eggs.
Step 1
Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then immediately remove the saucepan from heat. Cover and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 2
After the time is up, remove the eggs from the hot water, cool them under cold running water, and peel the shells off.
Step 3
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
Step 4
Using a fork, mash the egg yolks until crumbly. Add the mayonnaise, shrimp, green onions, fresh dill, lime juice, Dijon mustard, hot pepper sauce, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Step 5
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the egg yolk mixture into each egg white half. Garnish with fresh dill weed on top.
Step 6
Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
