Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Cut in 4 tablespoons of butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
