Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, combine the B&M® Original Baked Beans, rinsed and drained Joan of Arc® Light Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained Joan of Arc® Black Beans, Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Mexicorn®, 3/4 cup of water, and Ortega® Taco Seasoning Mix.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Warm the Ortega® flour tortillas and fill each with the bean mixture.
Step 4
Top with queso fresco, lettuce, and red onion as desired before serving.
